For about a week I've been hopping on the scale every morning (I know -- bad idea!), and that darn thing wouldn't budge under 240.

So, I didn't weigh myself at all for 3 days, and when I jumped on this morning I was happily surprised to see that I'd lost 2 pounds!

I know this is a small victory compared to a lot of the posts I see here, but I was so excited by it that I jumped around with glee and rushed to post here!
