15 Pounds Down
Today was my weigh-in day, and I lost 3 pounds this week for a total loss so far of 15 lbs! I remember in high school my most "successful" diet (and it WAS a diet) ended at about 15 lbs down. By that time I was so sick of starving myself that I gained it all back and then a lot more. But now I am so proud of myself that I have found a sustainable way of eating and living that promotes health and weight loss.
I'm happy about the 15 lbs lost, but I'm even happier because I know I can keep this up for a long time.
