Hi,
I am new to this board and would like to introduce myself. I am 41 years old and started weight watchers at home last week... (and gained 3 lb!!

) ... so I am re-starting again this week (and trying to forget last week

). I have done weight watchers several times and met with some success, but am a stress eater and recently gained some weight back. I am planning on following the program at home because our local meetings are quite crowded and not that good, and also because I have three small children and not a lot of free time. Right now I would like to lose at least 15 pounds.
I think I would be more successful in this diet if I had a ww buddy...I tend to stay on track MOnday through Thursday, then venture into the chardonnay/ice cream world over the weekend (my two biggest downfalls!). Anyone out there want to correspond by email about how our ww is going?
