New member looking for buddy
 

Hi,
I am new to this board and would like to introduce myself. I am 41 years old and started weight watchers at home last week... (and gained 3 lb!!:o) ... so I am re-starting again this week (and trying to forget last week:)). I have done weight watchers several times and met with some success, but am a stress eater and recently gained some weight back. I am planning on following the program at home because our local meetings are quite crowded and not that good, and also because I have three small children and not a lot of free time. Right now I would like to lose at least 15 pounds.

I think I would be more successful in this diet if I had a ww buddy...I tend to stay on track MOnday through Thursday, then venture into the chardonnay/ice cream world over the weekend (my two biggest downfalls!). Anyone out there want to correspond by email about how our ww is going?

Hi Denise, glad to meet you, and good luck with WW! If you haven't found a buddy yet, I suggest trying the buddy board on the main message board list. We At Homers are a very small group, and would love to have you join us! However it seems most of us post during the week from work so I don't know if that would be of help to you since you seem to need more support on the weekends.
