Unhappy Yet another diet plan

Not been on for a long time, last time I was on I was doing scottish slimmers. Changed again to Weight Watchers, this time it is it. Just relised Iwill be 30 in 2 years no way do I still wanting to get to target weight, so fed up with it all. It was my first weigh in this week and I lost 4lbs , I will do it most of all I can do it.

Am rooting for you

Hi Shuxs

Welcome to ukfc. Why don't you come and join us over at one fat chick in England #6.

I too did Scottish Slimmers about 1997 - too hard for me!!

I turned 30 last year and I was 18.6, since then I've gone down to 16.7 and back up again!! As of last weeks weigh in I'm now 17.9 and like you I'm going to do it this year

Good luck.
