Talking My 12 week BFL challenge

I was so excited to finish this challenge..I am getting ready to start another one the 14th and cannot wait to reach my goal of 139 and 25% Bodyfat, I also want to be a size 8 by the end of 2008 and I am a 12 now...I lost 12 pounds and 10% Bodyfat this one and just had to share the results, my hubby lost 20 pounds too

Thanks ladies I am ready to start challenge two Monday and needed that nudge I do feel alot younger when I follow the foodplan and exercise, I know in my heart that we can do anything we set our minds too, and the only one standing between me and my dreams ...is me

I am really working hard and am now on day 3 of another challenge, my hubby is also re joining me, I have to say... eating six times a day is a sure way to keep from getting hungry, it is the exercise I struggle with, but so far so good, only 11 1/2 weeks to go

americanrocker- I too had started the challenge a number of times before I finished this last one, eating right and exercising will do the trick for you, keep up the great work
