Hello all! Yesterday was not so good. I work 2 jobs abd was suppose to have yesterday off from the 2nd one...well someone got sick and I had to go in. I didn't stick to my diet because I hadn't planned for a second no carb meal Away from my home, and after I got to work I was starved...so I ate carbs, and then when I finally got to go home...I ate some more. Ugh!! fauilure!~

I am so tired of having no willpower! I believe that TOM is coming. I think that has alot to do with my loss of will power.
On the exercise front! I did not do so well either. It was after eight before I got home and after I fixed dinner, got all three of the kids in bed, I was exhausted and fell into bed too.
I will work out tonight though. My son has Karate and I am going to go walk at the Hospital's fitness trail while he is at Karate. It's pretty cold here. I hope I can take it. If not, I will do some aerobic tapes that I have at home.
As for the diet part I will try to be a good girl and stick with it. I know that to lose this weight I am going to have to diet better than I have been. Having support here helps.
I believe I will focus on exercising for now and let the food part come. I know that when I am working out it gets easier to follow my diet, so I am going t try that. that's not saying I am giving up on the diet part...OH NOOOO....but I believe that part will come.
