Default Hi, introducing myself
I'm on weight watchers and trying really hard to stay on track. Have started going to the gym and actually enjoy it. I put my weight on after having my son so I can't even blame him as baby weight lol. He's nearly 8 now. I work 4 days a week and find time difficult to come by, thank goodness I don't work full time.

hey Meg-welcome to the blog and the journey. I am new here myself-but so far I have really enjoyed reading all the posts. Some are very encouraging and helpful. My sister does weightwatchers and really enjoys it. Good luck!

Welcome. I'm at ww too and go to the gym four times a week, is working at the moment, but my weight loss is very slow now.

Good luck! my mum started WW a few months ago, we were both suprised at how well it does work! The support is apparently very helpful and generally the point system sounds practical
