Hi, introducing myself

  • I'm on weight watchers and trying really hard to stay on track. Have started going to the gym and actually enjoy it. I put my weight on after having my son so I can't even blame him as baby weight lol. He's nearly 8 now. I work 4 days a week and find time difficult to come by, thank goodness I don't work full time.
  • hey Meg-welcome to the blog and the journey. I am new here myself-but so far I have really enjoyed reading all the posts. Some are very encouraging and helpful. My sister does weightwatchers and really enjoys it. Good luck!

  • Welcome. I'm at ww too and go to the gym four times a week, is working at the moment, but my weight loss is very slow now.
  • Good luck! my mum started WW a few months ago, we were both suprised at how well it does work! The support is apparently very helpful and generally the point system sounds practical
