Default Help

Hiya,

Its been a while since i've been on here, and since then i've stopped going to ww and put on about a stone (not good).

I could do with any advice or tips that you all may have to get back on track. I'm thinking that I should tackle one thing at a time, so I signed up for the gym and my friend is going to come with my twice a week to try and help me stick it out. First time going will be Saturday.

I also joined the xmas challenge earlier to lose 12lb for xmas, but I can tell you all i'm sick of being this size totally sick lol. Something needs to be done and NOW.

The gym is a good start. Not that I go to one but I'm thinking about it.

Well its a council run gym and the only people who will be in it will be me and my friend, which is why I chose that one cause I dont feel comfortable enough going to a public gym lol

i dont feel comfortable with big groups of people, thats y i have my own equipment and have bought a shed to store it in over the winter. Stick to the gym and eating healthily and im sure you will be able to reach that target easily. We are all here to support you.
