Exclamation RED TEAM: Catch me if you can challenge!

Here we go Red Team!
This challenge is going to be a competition! This challenge starts Sunday September 23 and runs until we have a winner! Will it be you???

Now, Chellez may start another challenge that also focuses on exercise but thats okay...this will compliment that one. In fact it might give us a little edge on the Blue team!

So here's how the RED TEAM Catch me if you can Challenge is gonna work.

The first Red Team member to reach 500 minutes of exercise first...WINS!!

Easy right? Moreso for some of you than others... BUT....do not get discouraged just yet! Because, along the way there will be little incentives here and there to help you reach that 500 minutes. For example, one day I might say...okay today if you drink 80oz of water you get to add 10 minutes to your total. Another day I might say...if you go to the mirror and say something nice about yourself you can add 5 minutes to your total. So watch the Red Team chat thread so you can get in on those incentives!!

Each Red Team member needs to start a post here for themselves and keep a running total of your exercise minutes. Just one post per challenge participant will keep it easy to keep track of.

Sunday 9/23.... 45 min. WATP 3 miles
15 min. elliptical 10 min. survey = 70 min

Monday 9/24..... 0 hurt my back

Tuesday 9/25.... 45 min. WATP 3 miles
30 min. weights/ stability ball workout = 75min.

Wednesday 9/26.... NONE

Thursday 9/27.... 30 min. WATP 2 miles
20 min. elliptical = 50min.

Friday 9/28..... 30 min. ellip 30 min. weights & exerball = 60 min

Saturday 9/29.... 40 min. ellip / 20 min. exerball = 60 min.
TOTAL: 315 minutes

Sunday 9/30..... 45min elliptial = 45 min.

Monday: 40 minutes pilates and 30 minutes walking=70
Tuesday: 20 minutes pilates, 15 minutes running, 20 minutes walking, 40 minutes bowling=95
Wednesday: 45 minutes fat burner dvd, 40 minutes bowling, 20 minutes pilates=105
Thursday: 45 minutes pilates, 15 running, 20 walking=80

Sunday:0
Monday: 40 minutes walking, 25 minutes running=65

Sunday:75 minutes walking
Monday: 60 minutes slow walking with my 5 yr old. (2.75 miles though)
Tuesday: 10 for survey, 60 min WATP
Wednesday: 150 minutes walking
Thursday:50 minutes walking
Friday: 30 WATP
Saturday: 130 minutes walking

(Note: I changed Sunday's minutes. I calculated wrong! d'oh! It would have been technically true with all the heavy housework I did, but I'm not counting those minutes in my totals)

Sunday: 75 (30Rebounding+45TurboJam) +10 Survey = 85 Weekly Total
Monday: 75 (30SambaParty+15 Flexappeal+30PushStep) = 160 Weekly Total
Tuesday: 75 (40TurboJam+35GoddessBellyDance) = 235 Weekly Total
Wednesday: 75 (predictable much?) (30minsYBB+45minsABContheBall) = 310 Weekly Total
Thursday: 50 (turboJamCP3) =360
Friday: 50 (turboJam PKJ) = 410
