Not much to report. So far, I'm having a decent week. I'm probably eating way too many whole grains, and not enough fruits and veggies... but I keep saying, it's better than eating "white" breads and pastas.
I've been eating my fruits and veggies... but I probably need more. I'm feeling full though, and haven't had any binges. Last night I was jonesing for something sweet... so I grabbed some strawberries, and that actually worked! Yeah, it satisfied my craving! I was so happy that I grabbed those instead of some cookies. I am patting myself on my back for that one!
