Just checking in!

  • Not much to report. So far, I'm having a decent week. I'm probably eating way too many whole grains, and not enough fruits and veggies... but I keep saying, it's better than eating "white" breads and pastas.

    I've been eating my fruits and veggies... but I probably need more. I'm feeling full though, and haven't had any binges. Last night I was jonesing for something sweet... so I grabbed some strawberries, and that actually worked! Yeah, it satisfied my craving! I was so happy that I grabbed those instead of some cookies. I am patting myself on my back for that one!

    How are guys doing? Good I hope. Fill me in on your week.
  • Generally good week here. I lost 2.2 lbs according to the scales at TOPS. So that makes it a good week performance-wise.

    I had a grain-binge on Tuesday, but other than that have been pretty good. Sometimes I eat my "dinner" fruit on my cereal in the morning though.

    Exercise-wise hasn't been the best since I have a wicked cold - as does DS#2 (not at school today) but things are reasonable.

  • We had terrible weather this weekend and I just about hibernated on Saturday. I did venture out a bit more yesterday but not a great weekend. No major binging but I was not super careful either. No change on the scale.
