wow, xena, that's a lot of numbers. I may not do as long a list, but here goes...
330--highest weight I know of
315--down 15 pounds
(I'm at 314 now)
coming up:
303--that's where I was for a long time until the last few years
299--out of the 300s
292--This is what I weighed when I graduated from college
280--This would be down 50 pounds
256--This is the lowest weight I've been as since high school
230--Down a hundred pounds
192--What I weighed when I graduated high school
I really can't imagine getting even to 192, let alone below. But this is a good exercise, I think... maybe next time I'll be able to think lower
