Thumbs up 20 Lbs Bye-bye!!
Hello Ladies!

Just wanted update on my progress so far.. Am doing great, Putting all my efforts into this and finally seeing results. My mini goal is to be far aweigh from the 400 mark. That is/was my struggle of keeping this unwanted body weight down and not up. I had been a roller coaster ride going up and down with my weight.

I am finally doing this, and can say 20 Lbs is bye bye!! Thank you for this wonderful site that keeps me going! and the friendly support given of my progress. I am eager of what I will weigh before Summer ends and am giving my all and strength of not seeing 400 mark on my darling doctors scale!! I'm a daily weigher!

Wow!!!! That's fantastic. I'm soooo glad to hear of this. You keep going. Just keep going. You will be amazed at just how quickly those lost pounds really add up. You CAN do this. No, you ARE doing this.

Great!! 20 pounds is a lot!!! Imagine holding two ten pound bags of sugar on your lap.....that is how much you lost! Way to go girl, woo hoo!! I would also suggest not to weigh every day cause that can be disapointing.
