OK, so here's my usual routine

2x week stop @ Wal-mart to stock up on CRAP

Few nights a week, stop and get McD's

2x week stop @ dairy store & pick up awesome fudgey treats

TONIGHT: AS IF I MADE A CHANGE!! who am i???


Wal-Mart 1st time in months...bought cleaning supplies....

Stopped at an Greek place I've passed a million times...got a gorgeous big salad, lite dressing and an awesome piece of grilled chicken on top and a nice w.w. roll.... FOR THE SAME PRICE as McD's!))((&*^%^%^

stopped at dairy store and bought sugar/fat free frozen yogurt

WHO AM I??????

hahahaha i had to share!!!

no need to pat me on the back LOL, it's a day! but it felt good

Don't kid yourself by saying it's just a day. It has to start SOMEWHERE and that's just how it starts - with a day and then another and another and before you know it, you've strung a bunch of them together and viola' - SUCCESS. New habits. New life. New YOU.

Wow Trazey, it's so hard to pass up things like fast good and goodies but you are proving it can be done. You go girl! I hope I can be that strong in the days, weeks, months, and years to come. It's all day by day!
