Default Any body features you're aiming for?

Just thought it might be fun and possibly motivating to share & discuss the specific body features we'd like to see on ourselves & work towards. Could be anything from a problem area to work on to an already favorite body part to improve upon.

I'll start with my 3 motivating/goal features:

1) Six-pack abs - stereotypical male desire, as hard as it is to achieve (since it requires a low body fat % on top of well-toned ab muscles). While I don't aspire to have them super-ripped, it'd be nice to see them more often than once a day (when I get out of bed and before I eat anything ), hopefully that'll improve as I lose a few more pounds (of fat, of course) and progress in my core workout intensity.

2) Defined triceps - kind of counterintuitive, but I'm more likely to be seen walking around with straight arms (when well-toned triceps would be visible) then doing the arrogant flexing of the biceps. And it also means no underarm jiggles

3) Adonis lines - the V-shape-ish lines that goes from the sides of the abs to the groin area (also called "sex lines" for not-so-subtle reasons ). Again, a toughie to work on requiring low BF & toned muscles in abs (particularly obliques), hips & thighs.

I want to be 'semi-toned'. I want to be firm but still soft. Am I making any sense? I don't want muscles, I don't want show off abs. I already have nice legs, I just want the thighs to be smaller. And I want to see my cheekbones.

Wow, I'm aiming a lot, lot lower on the totem pole. (-: I would just like to have my nicely thin waist back (I'm a major pear-shape), back under 30". Also, arms slimmed & toned to the degree they were a few years ago (nothing intense, but I liked the way they looked & didn't think twice about sleeveless). Mostly I just want to be healthy & be at a more intermediate, average weight so I feel lots better about myself.

My main goal is to eventually have a slimmer waist. I like how my legs look now but a smaller/flatter tummy and firmer/rounder butt would be great. I've long since given up on perfection but a little improvement would be welcome.

Defined jawline and collar bone (although even when I was a kid I don't particularly remember having either!), slim wrists and ankles, skinny fingers (though how much do you lose weight on your hands/fingers? my ring finger is a size 12! yikes! that's bigger than most thumb rings!), and lose the belly. I don't necessarily want a 6 pack as I don't find them attractive, but I'd like to not worry about raising up my arms and having my gut flop out of my shirt!

I'd maybe even eventually like to wear a tankini or, dare I think it, bikini. Though my standards for wearing either of those are probably MUCH lower than most people!

I would love to see my abs just once but in order to do that I will need surgary for my separated abs (4 kids lol) and extra skin. Iknow some will go back but there will be extra. also sleek arms. My legs aren't that bad but could be a little more firmer.

I'm so with you on the abs. I would LOVE to have a nice flat stomach with some definition.... never seen that on me before . The other thing that I would like is for my collar bones to be more noticable. For some reason I just like the way it looks when they are very distinct

I want thin/toned arms! No more arm flab thank you very much.

Also my stomach - I don't think it will ever get super tight and toned but I'd be happy with semi-flat

I went from a size 12 ring to a size 8.5. They shrink more than you think!

My focus is now on abdominals. I have a three-week tour of the MediterrNean coming up and I totally have to look good in a bikini. I've been plankin' and scissorin' so much that I'm actually starting to see results!

Oh that's great, thanks! Seriously, despite being thick all over my body, my hands/wrists are the two spots I'm MOST self conscious about because they're just so big.

I would like to have smaller upper arms. Some shirts fit me great except the arms. I would like to have smaller butt and thighs, but I don't really have an image in mind. Small enough to fit into anything NOT plus size and have NO CHUB RUB when wearing cute summer dresses skirts. I guess I would just like to shrink in general
