I've never had nice legs and that's probably the thing I want most! Nice legs and skinny, toned arms. A nice stomach would also be great, but it's not nearly as important as the legs and arms.
I would like a flat stomach and a more muscular butt. Mine is pretty flat, though it has improved in recent weeks haha... and I have always had a bit of a pouch on my stomach, I'd like to see that go away as much as it can.
Oh and while we're wishing, I'd like the sort of arms where when you stretch out to reach for something, you see the muscle. I don't know if that makes sense, but at least I know what I mean haha
Although today my partner told me my arms were looking more toned and she wanted me to train her!
Weirdest place that got smaller - the tops of my feet! Where we once had puffiness, we now have clear tendon lines and really rather sinewy feet. And my toes got thinner.
I'd like to be a size 14 again. I'd like to go beyond that, but if I stalled there and maintained, I'd be pleased. I reeeeeally want to have a chin again and my houseglass shape back.
I have a TON of body features I'm aiming for. I had them once, and I can have them again, though first, I'm going to aim for the things I want to get rid of: my double chin and my love handles.
Now, I want (this is going to sound like a Christmas list, I swear):
a 4-pack. 6-pack abs on a woman are incredibly rare and can even be unhealthy, but I want that 4-pack back.
A more defined butt. I have a great chest - the girls are big AND they don't sag, so I want my butt to match!
Hip bones. I want to be able to see them again. I don't want them to protrude like a skeleton or anything, but I want to see the vague outlines.
Arms that are toned *before* flexing.
And a sexy back! Right now, I have love handles and back fat... I have a great, well-defined upper back, and I want my lower back to be just as hot.
I want to go back to the body I had when I was dancing. I'd like to stay in the same propotions, but for everything to just be smaller and firmer. I've always had large thighs and a biggish bum and I want to keep my shape (I always used to want to look like a stick thin model... not anymore!) I just want to be smaller and not be fat. Having slimmer arms, calves and a flat stomach are my main aims.
I once wished for smaller calves, but I don't think that is in the cards for me. The last time I lost weight (70 pounds post partum) I checked my measurements from about 5 years earlier. My calves didn't change. They never do. I don't know what to do about that.
Anyway, I hope for pelvic bones that stick out a little more than my pot belly. I don't think a six-pack is in the cards for me.
I hope for definition in my arms (biceps are okay, triceps need work).
I need to work on my butt--it's rather saggy from age. I've been doing lunges in hopes that that will help out.
I wish for less lumpiness in the bra-back and underarm area.

I noticed my hands shrinking before anything else. My hands were already small too.. my bf got me a size 6 promise ring in december and I am going to have to get it resized!
As far as a body feature I am aiming for... I can't wait to have a flat stomach! And I am starting to see some hip bone action right below the waist lol.. i think this part is so sexy on a woman, and I can't wait for it to become more defined!
1. The tummy I see when I get up in the morning all the time. There's no six-pack or anything, but it's flat and nice looking. Toned.
2. I need to get rid of those "chicken wings" as well! They won't go away!
3. Smaller calves. I know they probably won't come... but I want them.
4. A more defined waist would be nice too, the only thing I've found to help that is bellydance, which is awesome.
