Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with tomatoes, turkey sausage, avocado, onion, jalepenos, fruit cup
Snack: Cherries
Dinner: Chipotle Burrito bowl (chicken, bit of cheese, tomatoes, pinto beans, guacamole) brown rice made in chicken broth at home
Hmmmmm.....I have an avocado thing going today
Need more water and some milk tonight.
