How do you make your own chex mix??? I would love to know...that is a favorite snack around my house and I have a hard time resisting...my little one loves it. That would be a great bonus to be able to eat that.

I can't wait to eat a bowl of cereal too!! And some chicken. Can't wait until thursday!

I can't believe it's not butter (the exact recipe says 6 tablespoons, i am not using that much)
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons celery salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 cups crispy rice cereal squares
2 cups crispy corn cereal squares
2 cups crispy wheat cereal squares
2 cups toasted oat cereal

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
In a large roasting pan, melt i can't believe it is not butter. Mix in seasoning salt, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and garlic salt.
Stir crispy rice, corn, wheat and oat cereals, into the butter mixture and coat well.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

This will make 8 cups, so dividing out the spices and such it is NOT as bad as it looks

I have 2 packets of chex mix seasoning i got at walmart that i will be usuing first, then i am going to remake this (i have made it before and it is great)
