Just wanted to introduce myself. I am almost done with Phase 1, down 5 lbs (started at 151 lbs.) I used to be a WW'er but got so bored with it, and felt so hungry after my wheat puff and banana breakfast, that I figured there was something to this glycemic index worth checking out. I am loving SB, and am excited to start phase 2, but am so worried that it won't work. This way of eating is too good to be true.
Anyways, trying to lose the baby weight from baby #2. Had her in January. I was 124 lbs when I got pregnant (thanks to WW) and gained so much weight! 55 lbs! Can't wait to fit into those size 4's again...
