There are alot of soup options available via Fat Smash. Which is good, cus I would live on soup if the rest of my family wouldn't complain about it. I think this as with all diets needs to be something less of a diet and something you can do for life. When I read the book, I didn't make my final decision on this way of eating until I took the time to decide, "Could I do this, forever"? I think this one is easily doable. Come phase 4, there's space for pizza, hamburger, ice cream etc, but as with ALL things, moderation. I think you need to do whats best for you. Personally, there's no way in **** I'm never going to have ice cream again, I just won't have it in my house and I'll "budget" for it, yanno? If I know, like you do that you'll go over on shrimp, them lose 100-200 calories a day for the week leading up to the event, so you can have the extra shrimp. I think of calories like money. I try to stick around 1400 calories<dollars> a day, meaning I have 9800 calories<dollars> a week to spend, however I choose, some days, I may only use 1000 calories/dollars, but the next day, I use 1600. Get it? Making it into a money issue for me, makes it WAY more effective and alot less confusing. Good luck with whatever you decide!
