I'm dieting as well but I am not following any particular one. I am just using portion control...measuring everything, and keeping a food journal where I write everything I ate, how many calories, when and I even plan out my meals...6 small meals through out the day and 2 snacks so I don't feel liek I am depriving myself. I also use the food journal to hold myself accountable and to track my weight loss. I have cut out alot of refined sugars, like little debbies and hersheys and 3 musketeers bars. I am trying to wean myselfg off of cola but its harder than i thought it would be. I am eating fruits and veggies in place of the sugary stuff. I am also working out at Curves and walking my dogs alot and starting Jan. 1 I am goign to start riding my bicycle every other day and I'm debating at attempting my roller blades again. Good luck!
