  • Erika - Way to go! It is amazing how good you feel afterwards...who knew??

    10/19 - 40 min treadmill, 45 min strength training (mostly shoulders and arms, some abs)
  • 30min Gazelle. That can be considered like elliptical work, can't it?

    I plan to start 3x a week strength training next week, and I will stick to it.
  • Treadmill: 22 minutes
    Bike: 10 minutes

    Had to cut it short to pick up daughter.
  • 32 min elliptical
    20 min treadmill walk

    I still need to get busy on the strength training. I've been just doing it on the weekend, and I need to at least do it one more time during the week but I'm so short on time. I WILL do it!! Grrr!!
  • 5k HIIT
    20 mins shoulders, I was in a rush...
  • 55 min elliptical, high intensity.
  • Wednesday - 3 mile walk
    Thursday - Turbo Jam 20 minute, TJ Ab Jam, light upper body weights
    Friday - Ran 2 miles, Walked 1 mile
  • 40 min walk/jog
  • Ran 3.1 miles
    Walked 1 mile
  • After I got off work early Friday morning, I went back to the gym. I spent 15 mins walking on the treadmill. 10 mins on the bicycle.

    And then I spent 1 hour working full body on different machines!

    It still felt sooo great!!

    I'm so excited to go back!! I'm just trying to decide to join or not!! What is the normal rate at a gym?

    I REALLY didn't feel like working out, because I had FAR too much wine last night...but I did it!
  • 50 min high intensity elliptical
    45 min UB and abs

    Repeating my mantra - abs are not optional
  • Friday: 15 elliptical, 28 treadmill, 5 arc trainer (Total: 48 min.)

    Saturday: 2.75 mile walk (Total: 50 minutes)

    Sunday: 10 minutes arctrainer, 8 treadmill, 2 stairmaster (Total: 20 min)
