  • 45 butt-kicking minutes on the stairclimber and 30 min of to-failure UB weights.
  • Cardio for 50 minutes, pilates, and workout for my arms.
  • Walked at mall 30 minutes

  • Cardio workout and pilates. This morning I had to push myself to workout because I am so tired, but I am glad I did.
  • Sunday - 45 min on rebounder, and 100 crunches.
    Monday - 45 min on rebounder, will do crunches and stability ball on my lunch.
  • Curves 30 minutes, Treadmill 15 minutes, Stationary bike 15 minutes

  • -- 5k at 5am
    -- arms at the gym -- 4pm
    -- roller bladding -- 7:30pm
  • 45 min cardio kickboxing, 30 min stability ball, 100 crunches.

    Maybe a leg workout on my lunch, depending on errands and such.
  • 20 minutes of toning and stretching.
  • I had a nice walk this afternoon. If my heart rate dropped a jogged a bit. Good enough to add to my ticker.

    700 crunches for June's Goal!-70 crunches = 550 Crunches left
  • 45 min rebounder, 30 min stability ball core stuff, 100 crunches.

    Arm and leg workout on lunch - good thing my equipment is at home, or I'd NEVER get out (its supposed to be 105 today...ick)
