Well, the weather isn't too pleasant today, and I'm not keen on walking in the rain, so I don't think I'll be walking to and from school, or walking laps with the kids. So I can probably post my mins for today already, as that could be it for the day. I'm resting from afternoon exercising, (as per doctor's orders) except for the walk home from work.
Sunday - 60 min walk with hubby. Poor guy! I truly didn't plan on walking that fast, but I am just so used to it now that I don't realise when I am speeding up. He fell behind after a while and said he couldn't keep up the pace, so I slowed down. Near the end he seemed to be limping a little and said his hip was sore. Seeing as we had pretty much finished an hour already, we just 'strolled' for the last 5 or 10 mins. I felt SO bad. I obviously pushed him too much, but I didn't
mean to.
Monday - 30 mins on treadmill (13 mins walking at 4.8mph and 17 mins jogging at between 5.4mph and 6.3mph)
Personal Goal... 930 - 90 = 840 mins left of May's goal of 1800
Group Total... 6433 + 90 = 6523

The weekend is looking pretty good so far, as far as movin' and groovin' goes.
