Well, nothing else very exciting around here. As well as the WATP DVD I mentioned above, I also ordered Peggy Cappy's "Yoga for the Rest of Us". I remembered year's ago I used to love Yoga (back when I had a smaller body that bent in the right places)
and I hope this will get me limbered up a little. The e-mail confirmation from Amazon tells me not to expect them until April 7 to 11. I think they must be recording them especially for me, it's going to take so long. Have a great evening. Keep on doing all the right things and the rewards will follow.

I just finished the 'Boot Camp' part of the Biggest Loser workout. And might I say, boot camp fits the workout!
