    It is definitely recommend by every health professional, in regards to depression. I guess it's up to each individual to see if it helps. I know that myself, I haven't ever felt the endorphin rush; but I do get satisfaction in completing something. And I always regret NOT doing a workout, I have never regretted DOING a workout Best wishes!

    It definitely works to exercise. I practice reminding myself of how great it feels to actually get into the workout and after when you can celebrate the accomplishment. I'll keep reminding myself and keep moving because it works
