Weight back down ,8 lbs but still got a way to get back 164. FBG was up too so I know the routine I must eat so back to that and not going to be changing it. As DH#2 used to say, "if it ain't broke don't fix it". I'm eating to have stronger immune system.
It is getting warmer for a few days. It was nice to be able to wear sandals Monday as I seem to walk better in them. Not much happening today. DH is the cook today and tomorrow... tilapia today and steak tomorrow since I will have lab draw as well as my CT Scan. I had cinnamon apple oatmeal for breakfast. I think that will be my brunch for a while.
Still have exercises to get done. I think I did too many too fast yesterday so will spread it out through the day as I usually do.
Carol Sue I've been taking Pepcid at night at bedtime. Have you taken it through the day as well? I decided to take one this morning before I ate and it seemed to take the edge off of whatever was going on yesterday. Hope all is going well for you.
