I went to Books-a-Million, and my mission was to look at the HIGH VOLTAGE book to see what she wants people to eat. The lady there said they had ONE LEFT and it was the large paperback edition. $15.99....I sat down and read some of it and decided to purchase...On the way to the checkout, I stopped at the bargin tables and found the cookbook (originally $26) for $5.97, LO AND BEHOLD...what did I find? THE HARDBACK EDITION OF THE HIGH VOLTAGE BOOK!!!! and what was it priced at? $4.97
Good question about low fat high protein. I'd like some suggestions too. Off the top of my head I'd say beans...I think they have good protein and I know they have fiber.
