Still having big problems with constipation and have given up on the novi-lax. I am drinking a laxative tea made from all-natural ingredients that seems to be working much better. I was reading about the salt cleanse but wouldn't that have you retaining water? Also, after my IP vitamins are finished, I am not going to be buying their brand but looking for alternatives. Does anyone have any suggestions?
good for you with the eating out! I've found its not as hard as I thought it would be most places are able to subsitute and make changes as you need it. Whats really hard is going over to ppls houses for dinner!Originally Posted by 2manysizes

I was not even tempted. I had lemon garlic chicken on a skewer and grilled veggies. I didn't eat the rice it came with. I actually didn't even it most of what I was allowed to eat; just the equivalent of an IP meal and then I had the waitress give me a take-out container and bundled up the rest for hubbies dinner! I did have about 1/2 a grilled red pepper that is off-protocol but my coach said that I can move onto one restricted a week. I chose the chili. I haven't bothered buying any of the bars or snacks. I figure that it will just have my sweet tooth rear its ugly head again and that has always been my main problem. Still having big problems with constipation and have given up on the novi-lax.
