  • Here's my January so far:

    1. Shabbat -- no exercise, didn't even take a walk
    2. Walked to work, 3 kms, no gym, got a ride home = 3 kms
    3. 6 kms walking, 5 kms elliptical = 11 kms
    4. 6 kms walking, 5 kms elliptical = 11 kms
    5. Just 3 kms from last night, raining today so I took the bus to work and skipped the gym
    6. Slipped and fell on my coccyx yesterday, looks like no walking for a few days.
    7. I managed to slow walk 4 kms, but it hurt!
    8. Shabbat -- rainy and giving my sore coccyx a rest.
    9. No exercise, coccyx still a bit sore.
    10. 5 km on the elliptical at the gym, 3 km walk to work = 8 km today so far!
    11. 3 km home last night, 5 km gym, 3 km on the way to work today = 11 kms
    12. 3 km home last night, 6 km gym, 3 km on the way to work today = 12 kms
    13. No walk home last night, 5 km gym, 3 km in to work = 8 kms
    14. Stayed home, cook day
    15. Shabbat, but walk to friends and back = 4 kms
    16. Walk to work 3 kms + 3kms home = 6 kms
    17. Walk home 3 kms = 3 kms
    18. Walk to work 3 kms + gym 7 kms = 10 kms
    19. Walk home 2 kms + gym 6 kms + walk to work 3 kms = 11 kms
    20. Walk home 3 kms + gym 6 kms + walk to work 3 kms = 12 kms
    21. On vacation -- ice skating 5 kms = 5kms
    22. Shabbat and still on vacation = 0 kms
    23. Walk to work 3 kms = 3 kms
    24. Walk home 3 kms + gym 8 kms + walk to work 3 kms = 14 kms!!!!!
    25. Walk 3 + elliptical 6 = 9 kms
    26. Walk 3 + elliptical 7 = 10 kms

    My goal for January was 168 and I hit 178 today. I still have 3 km to walk home, but since I always count the night before in the next day's sum up when I get to work, that will have to count for February. So I'm 10 km over my goal, yay!
