mine started with a "cleanse" so it was 2 days apples only, then 2 day milk, 2 day veg, 2 day milk and one day apples.. then I go into the milk/veg thing like your doing. The dr. says the apples are cleaning out the intestines and getting them ready --I don't know. So now I am on the two days whole milk. The apples were hard I could have up to 5 a day and min 3 and believe it or not I was having trouble eating 3 between not being hungry and not wanting any more sugar.
Yes, I am trying to make stuff I don't love but I think with no food anything looks good.
Maybe I will try to walk 20 minutes a day and make up for my cheating.
