Neicey~ I'm glad I'm not the only one who has felt that way. The only weights I have at home at 5lb weights and I think that is part of the problem. I really could use 3lbs but I refuse to go out and by them to only use for a few weeks until I move up to the 5lb.
Is anybody doing the shred only 3 days a week? I do mine M-W-F but I'm wondering if maybe I shouldn't up that? I don't want to hinder any results I'm going to get by not doing it enough



I'm proud of myself for getting back into it today, and I found a couple of ways to make the plank exercises more comfortable for me. I wore shoes for the first time, since my feet and toes are weak and easily injured, and I gripped the hand weights instead of putting my palms flat on the floor. That made things much less painful, and I was able to get through the workout reasonably well (though extremely sloppy by the end).
