    Stella - congrats! That's fantastic!

    PammyFL - I hope your knee feels better soon. Do you think jogging on the concrete sidewalk will aggravate it further? Maybe you should jog at a local high school track.

    I'm going to the gym soon and looking to burn 650+ calories. One of my sisters is getting married on the 21st, so I'm hoping to finish up most of my November goal (11,000 calories burned) by then & fit into a size 10 dress. She wants us (all the sisters) to wear green so I'm scrambling around online looking for outfit ideas! It's proving very hard to find such a spring/summer color during the fall. =b

  • Thanks ladies for the concerns on my knee Its still a little tender but MUCH better since I wore my knee brace after injury it in the first place for a day.

    Stella- Thats awesome! I sat at 193 for over 3 months and I couldn't have been happier to not see that 9. Grats! I wish i had exercise Tv. I use to have it when I had comcast. I use to record the Denise Austin workouts and do those. I like her bubbly attitude plus it was nice and short cardio.
    Civakas - Luckily I haven't been jogging even though I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to start back. I really wasn't too sure about jogging for a while until I did a weeks worth of the C25K and I really liked it but with such a large chest it really is painful.

    I have had a really busy day and didn't make it twice around the neighborhood like I had hoped I ended up going to walmart with mom to get a few groceries and get some things for Thanksgiving. We bought a 23lbs turkey to cook because my bf and his family are coming down so we are going to have like 16 people here for dinner.. AHHHHH Did i mention I already live with 7 people all the time and having to get the house clean for everyone on Thanksgiving is going to be a HUGE task. Did I also mention my mother is a total slob? And I mean that literally. It takes me over 2 weeks to get the house "presentable" and trust me I am no clean freak so its saying alot.

    Then the weekend after Thanksgiving my mother has her monthly Bunco party here at the house with like 18-20 woman UGH.. So much going on lately I cant keep my head on straight. Im fixing to get my period and I was up 2lbs this morning UGH. I have been OP the last 2 weeks and have been working my #$@ off trying to get closer to my goal, but It just seems to be taking FOREVER these days. I atleast got to walk once around the neighborhood and also did my 30DS.

    Oh yeah we got home from town and we had no running water... YAY! Just another thing on my list. So me and my mother spent over 2 hours working on the well pump ( I live in the country so we dont have city water) We didnt manage to fix it and had to wait for my dad to get home from work to finish it. Which meant no running water for 2hrs.

    Sorry my post is a little all over the place, but thats kinda how I feel right now. A total scatter brain.
  • Friday morning and weigh-in day here, and I am so excited! A loss of 3.3lbs from last week I haven't weighed this little since June this year so I'm very happy to say the least

    I just found out I'm going on a cruise in two weeks for 8 nights! this is going to be the ultimate test!! soooo nervous -- thanksgiving on a cruise! lol
  • Sooo TOM is being weird, I've been terribly bloated for the past two days, but apprently today the water weight is gone because I'm back to pre-TOM weight? Weird.

  • Stella-Thanks. I sure hope its not always this crazy. Its a dice game that woman play. Its kinda like the woman's version of poker. They place once a month and rotate at everyones houses. Where the person who is the "host" has to cook and set up for all these woman. It just happens to be my mothers turn the first week of December. Which means I have to cook and clean! UGH Now I LOVE to cook and try new recipes but I dont like the cleaning aspect of it.

    Ive had a GREAT week. Stayed on plan worked my butt off but strangely I knew this was going to happen. Im fixing to get my TOM and I assume (hoping) its all water weight. So heres hoping to a LOSS next week
  • pammy- good luck with all the festivities going on this month and the beginning of next! I'm sure it'll be a lot of work, but worth it in the end.

    I went to the gym last night and ran like I wanted. I have to say - running on the treadmill is SOOOOO much easier than on the street. Although I do live in a hilly area, so that was probably a large factor. I feel really good today and did my elliptical this morning as usual. I'm set to go out of town for a few days though, so yah. I have found a gym near where we'll be, so I've mapped directions and plan to go at least one day while we're away.

  • I finally left 173 behind. I was stuck at it for almost two weeks no matter how much I exercised and I was getting really frustrated.

    I'm at 171 now. I'm sick with a really nasty cough and it's preventing me from exercising... swimming and running are out of the question. It's going to have to be yoga for the next little while. I tried to run two days ago and I pushed myself to finish, but I left the gym feeling like my lungs were about the size of two AAA batteries. Ugh.
  • Sorry girls I missed my weigh in today. I was really busy all morning and totally forgot that i need to weigh myself before i eat that breakfast. This has never happened before coz i weigh myself EVERYDAY lol. Sorry again and I will have my weigh in tomorrow. I am nervous because i will be getting done with TOM and I usually see a weight fluctuation last 3 days of TOM and a day or so after sometimes. So we will see tomorrow.

    CHlorinated: OMG i had the same issue and I was at 173 for a while. Then my next halt was 171. Lol. Good luck

    G8torgirl -- have fun at your cruise and seeing your positive results will be a huge motivation for all of us who are going to travel or go somewhere for thanks giving. I might go visit my brother at his college too and it maybe hard coz i bet he wil not have any decent groceries for me to cook from.
