    I have made it through a full week of exercise class. I have to say my stregthening class kicked my butt friday. ...in fact, speaking of, it is so sore! These classes were so worth it. Even with my profession, I still tend to hate working out. I have been having so much fun. Oh, and for the week I lost 2lbs!

    Im taking a much needed rest day today. I do plan on cutting the grass later(and i have a big yard ) hopefully it won't rain so i can.

  • Hi, all.
    I've been doing well on the eating part of my plan, but am not doing so great at getting in the exercise.
    I'm down 2 pounds, so I'm right on target, in spite of myself.
    I don't post a lot, but I check in about every other day, and I love seeing how everyone is doing!
    Keep it up, everyone! You're all part of my motiviation.

  • Hallowe'en is my favorite holiday.

    My goal will be to lose 14 pounds by Hallowe'en. That would put me at 368.4lbs.

  • I am down a pound, weighing in at 191!!! So exciting! I've been jogging more consistently on the treadmill while at the gym and I think that might have something to do with it. Definitely not complaining though

  • I'm jumping in a little late here. New to this whole thing...but have been creeping around 3fc for a few weeks now and decided what would work best for me. I hope to be 205 by halloween putting me at pre-pregnancy weight. I've been on it for a week now and lost 3.5 lbs and have a weigh in this sunday with myself and hope to be down 4 to 5 more pounds.

    Let's all stay focused this weekend. I find Fall weekends a little dangerous for me, so I've planned my dinner carefully today: sauteed center loin pork chop (in a little EVOO), big salad with lo/fat Blue Cheese dsg., half a Stouffer Corn Souffle, fruit for dessert, glass of white wine. Yummy stuff ... but not too much.

    My day~I had allergy & asthma problems all day so I had to skip half my exercise~Which is ok~because I usually have one day a week I do not do so well on the exercises~So no biggie~but it was so hard to breath today that I had an anxiety attack~Right during me & the hubby taking our kids for a hike at the same place me & him went too~because they saw pics we took and begged to go.~So I felt kinda like I may have ruined it for them I had to backtrack while my hubby took the camera and walked them on around~But When theygot to the car They were fine And they looked happy in there pics so I Hope I didn't ruin there time for them~There great kids.
    & my hubby is GREAT ALSO.
    I switched my calories a few days ago when I added the exercise bike into my days and I am starting to see some more loss or so it seems. I eat about 1300 calories a day to 1330.
    I was at 1375 to 1400 per day.
    I started at 181.0
    I was 179.4 today So I have lost 1.6 lbs so far.
    Which is decent for me since The more I lose the slower it comes off.
    OH ~Good News ~All my 11's & 12's are in the too big pile~I am totally into all those 10's ~ And 1 pair of 9 jrs I had ~SO I AM SOOOOOOOO HAPPY!
    I have been trying to guess what My new size will be when I reach 150.
    Would be nice to see a 6 maybe???
    Who Knows....I have never worn the sizes am in now ever~When I was in the 4th /5th/ & 6th grade I wore womens 13/14 In Jeans.
    Before that girls plus size clothes. So I am super excited!
    With each pound lost I am a New me totally~I have never been thin so when I reach goal I am so curious as to what I will look like~SORRY TO BLAB ON ~LOL~ I am overly excited today~I guess overall I had a blessed day.

    I hope everyone else did too.

  • Hey everyone. Just checking in for the week. I have been on my new lifestyle change with food and exercise for two weeks now. I weighed in this morning and took my measurements. I'm down 3 lbs and 6 1/2 inches. Not as high of a number as I was looking for, but I know as long as I keep a steady number each week I will eventually make it to where I want to be. Hope everyone has a great week!!!
