-20 mins combo Stability Ball/Bosu Ball
-30 mins '30 Day Shred'
Personal Total: 1,895 + 90 = 1,985/2,000 mins.
Group Total: 11,859 + 90 = 11,949 mins. Almost to 12k!! Who's going to push us over the top?!
Side note: I thought I was going to die, doing the 30 Day Shred phase 1 all the way through. But wow. I feel incredible! Such a good workout in a small amount of time. Definitely recommend it!
Went to the Y... 20 min on a bike at a good speed and then 25 min of resistance/weight stations. 2X through what they have set up, pretty much. Pretty good for my first Y workout I think. I was beet red and I'm sure I'll have some sore muscles tomorrow! Woo!
