This one is actually sort of true. I ate out everyday (some times 3 times a day) while I was overseas and I walked everywhere I went and didn't gain a pound.
Also I used to eat a lot, but I walked everywhere I went and I lost weight without realizing it. It is just you have to walk a lot each day.I wouldn't be having such a problem with weight now if I was somewhere I could walk without being bothered. I need to find my Lindsey Sansone DVD, I love her walking workouts.
