  • *sigh* well this challenge isn't starting so good! Up 4 lbs from last week, I'm hoping that I'm retaining water. I've been op on eating the last two days and working at getting my exercise in. The baby makes it difficult to get a good days work in. Speaking of baby...he's awake now wanting to be fed. I'll be back later!
  • Good morning

    I'm so tired this morning! I think the spring like weather were having is really getting to me! My eyes are very watery, I can't stop sneezing and I'm congested. Can allergies make you tired?? I went to dinner for St. Patty's Day last night and I'm going again tonight with my mom and my sisters. I'm gonna have to work extra hard with exercise and drink a huge amount of water if I want to see a loss on the scale Saturday

    Chipmunk_Cheeks~~ Your doing so good! Don't let the scale get you down!! Are you taking measurements and are you drinking enough water? The scale is you worst enemy and it will sabbatoge you if you only focus on that. Focus on how you feel and how good your doing with exercise and eating right

    well I am down to 150.0. Just .1 lbs before I get into the 140's... wanted to be in the 140's by saturday. we'll see I can't believe I am already down 3 out of the 10 lbs in this challenge. ha, I have actually NEVER completed a challenge or a mini goal... maybe this time is the time, huh?

    It's been a few days since my last check in and I am shock that I've lost some weight. I'll take it because I've been yo-yoing 1 lb for a few weeks. So I am stoke .

  • WOW! Everyone is doing so well! Way to go everyone!

    Been a rough couple of days for me. I hurt the back somehow and could barely move but I am getting around much better today, but I skipped the exercise because I don't wanna re-hurt it. Food wise...UGH! Not so good....Oh well. I'm not giving up!

    I got good news today and I'm hopefully getting back in school this Fall so I am sooooo excited!

    I have a doc appt in a bit so I need to scoot!

  • Ate out Monday and yesterday. Not good at all!
    But back on track today and have some extra motivation.
  • The scale still refuses to budge but I decided to take some measurements today and was very happy to see that I have lost 10 and a half inches since the last time I measured myself in January. The biggest differences being in my waist and hips. So I'm pretty excited about that. Not to mention I do feel a whole lot more energetic and just plain good lately. I mean I know there are a lot of good things that come along with dieting/eating well and exercising other than weight loss but sometimes its hard to see past the scale when the numbers don't wanna drop.

    I didnt exercise yesterday, thought I would give myself a break. As for today I'll probably do my Slim in Six routine and so far I have had two scrambled eggs and two pieces of whole grain toast. Kinda plain...but I'm trying to eat several smaller meals a day instead one or two huge meals which I have done the past few days. My bf seems to think that eating smaller meals might actually pull the weight off faster than eating one or two larger meals. We will see if it helps.
  • Well, I had two days of off-plan eating so I am down just .6 this week, but I'll take it! I also measured and lost .5 from my hips and .5 from my waist, so that's a plus!

    I really gotta get crackin' if I'm gonna make the last 14.4 lbs by Memorial Day!
  • The scale dropped another pound this morning which brings me to 191. It also lowers my BMI from "obese" to "overweight". So I'm excited!!!!!!!
