I currently take B-12, B-6, a multi-vitamin & just recently started taking MSM (from WalMart, not MRC).
Any input is greatly appreciated!
One thing I found last year that really helped with my lips is vitamin E oil, I'd actually pierce a capsule & use it on my lips. You could probably do the same thing with flax oil (no sure what that would taste like). Make sure you're drinking all your water & taking your flax-seed oil. Aside from that, if you're flaky use a good exfoliator (something like Clinique's 7-day scrub cream). And a good moisturizer. I use Eucerin cream on my uber-dry legs - it's greasy so I only use it at night every few days. In between, Fruit of the Earth Vitamin E cream is absolutely the best moisturizing cream I've ever used, it's cheap, comes in a jar, it's wonderful stuff (you can find it at Target, WalMart, K-Mart, etc). Everyone I've ever recommended it to who tried it ended up loving it - I even gave it as Christmas gifts one year, I liked it that much! Originally Posted by bfatnomore

for moral support for all of you jumping back OP.

I'm going to browse through the recipes but if anyone has a quick suggestion I'd love to hear it.
