    I did the 1st Annual 3FC 5k today on the treadmill. I was gonna take a pic but after the first 1.55, I had to pee, so I thought I had just paused the TM, but I actually reset it, so I had to start it over, lol! I'm so blond.
  • Scootering this morning, 4 miles
    Weights 1 hr FBWO

    Could not get enough umph to run today, but did walk the dogs 2 miles this evening.

    4/13...30 min walk...around our community centre parking lot while the kids skated with their roller blades. We played a couple games of "catch mom"!! I actually out-ran them better than I thought I would!
  • Saturday - 3FC 5k - 35 minutes
    Sunday - 90 min walk (4.5 miles) - slow-ish but it was technically a rest day sooo....
  • Today:
    35 min. track (C25K)
    20 min. mat, stretching, squats & lunges
  • took 3 bike rides today, 1 for 20minutes and 2 for 40 minutes and 20 minutes of pilates
  • Did EZ's 5K again today, this time walking the dogs.
    Skating, 2-1/2 hrs tonight.

    Yesterday I did 30 minutes on treadmill and upper body workout.
