then I didn't feel so great for some reason. I think yoga sometimes brings up uncomfortable emotions for me, plus my brother (who visited yesterday) had a cold and I may have caught it, ugh! BUT ... I did not turn to food! I had a nap instead, then ate my usual salad for a late lunch. Now I am making Chicken Puttanesca from the Sonoma web site, yummmmmm ...Hi Danielle, nice to meet you!! Angie - Last week I had AF and the same thing happened, but the pound I gained was gone by the end of the week. I'm sure it will be similar for you!

What a great week you've had, keep it up I know you can! You might not always lose as big every week, but just think, 1-2 pounds consistently sure does add up! You could NEVER let any of us down, of course unless you disappeared like Melissa said! We love ya too much to let you do that, so no worries!!! 
He's still waiting patiently for me, determined to make me go out with him too! Gosh, I wish all men were like that, don't you?! HA! I'm so glad you had such a good time with the girls yesterday.
