Howdieeeee dooooo ladies! Puter was in the shop cuz of viruses. Glad to be back and glad to see everyone so busy! Congrats to Elisha, Shelley, and of course...our resident cheering squad...JeoJenn!

I'm not stepping on the scales cuz I'm too scared to. Jeans aren't fitting any tighter. But not any looser either. I have a big butt and big thighs!lol But that's the Italian in me I guess!lol.

Was at the Dr.s today and he said I really need to watch my eating and control WHEN I eat my carbs. No carbs until between 4 and 8 pm. Prefferably around 6pm. So now I have to reschedule all my eating times!lol Not a hard thing tho. At least I have that 4 hour window.

Hope everyone is looking forward to a great weekend. Tis supposed to be extremely hot, humid and rainy here tomorrow, then clearing up by Saturday. Heat and humidity will still be high. Thank goodness for airconditioning!

Just re-read the past couple of days and noticed chris....hi-ya Chris are you new to SAA..have seen you before, but there again i haven't been around much over the past couple of weeks.

Hope your all well, your posts seems to have you in fine fare...what's this about big pants??? Shelly / Jenn if you continue to wear your arms down your pants you will DEFINATLY fall over...it's just a matter of time!!! LOL

HS - glad your puter is fixed, I hate nasty gremlins in my pc..it doens't half itch!! Go on jump on those scales, you know you want to! After all these double shifts, the pounds must be dropping off you...how's life in singledom?? Still enjoying yourself...let us know what your up to...just to make us old marrieds jealous!!

Well a bit about me...my scales are stuck, neither moving up nor down!! Work is great, i'm only part-time and the money isnt' great compared to what i was earning when i was full-time self-employed but WOW what job satisfaction, i love it!! It is so rewarding i never want to do anything else!!
Family are well and content, DD just had her 15th Birthday, she's so lovely, we took her out for a chinese meal with my youngest DD and it was a lovely evening, i controlled what i ate and picked pretty healthy options!! honest!!

Well am working this weekend so probably won't get time to get on here, as we have some entertaining to do on Saturday night for DH's business, so have a good one and i'll see you all on monday!

Just a real quickie note to say hello to everyone! Singledom is still waiting for exbf to move his chit out of my house. I've worked all weekend, double shifts and starting work again tomorrow. No days off till next Saturday. Tis ok...that day I go shopping for new microwave, new TV.

Tulip...I jumped on the scales and I lost 3lbs. But that only puts me back to 169. But as long as I lost I'm happy! I'll be starting a new thread tomorrow ladies! Look for SAA#9 Tomorrow morning!!lol Meaning Monday!lol
