Hello, Just wanted to say that I successfully completed my challenge!!
Hurrah for me and thanks for all your support!! I couldn't have done it without you.
Everyone, congrats on your continued success. I'll be checking in again soon.
Congrats RedBalloon! So what do you have in mind for the next challenge?
MNJ - I had to tell you... My mom's friend has been on Atkins for 6 weeks and has lost 40 lbs. Isn't that amazing? He's a guy, so his metabolism is faster, but still, that's awesome!
Day 16 & 17 done. I'm only gonna go until 21 and then wait until the 28th or 30th to start Atkins. That will be my next challenge.
Hello! I'm between challenges. Am leaving for the States for a week on Wednesday so I think I'll stay between challenges until I get back. I will continue to do what I was doing though as much as possible. For the past two days I continued even though the challenge was over. Good habits to get into, I figure.
Scuzin, to you on a new start and a successful day 1. You see, you're never a loser, but the weight is coming off. Way to go!!
friends, good for you on Day 9. That's amazing that you're staying away from salt!
michi, congrats on the new job!! That's great news! And a hand for staying on your challenge. You're almost there. michi is kicking A!!
I havent been drinking enough water and skipped my exersises a couple days. Throwing out excuses to myself. But I have been eating properly and have not givien in to the pizza callings . So I will begin again, and throw out some challenges to myself again that I will achieve.
Hi There,
What a great idea! My goal for the challenge will be to drink 64 ounces of water daily. There seems to be such hoopla about drinking water that I thought I would give it a try. I have a question about water intake per day. Do I have to drink 64 ounces of water or do other liquids (soup, juice) count as well?
Hey everybody. This is a great idea
For the next 21 days I will eat no candy... And I will attempt to lose 7 pounds. 5 pounds minimum. Hopefully I'll succeed...
Good luck to you all with your challenges!
