30 minutes treadmill at 6:30 this am, before work, I never get up on a work day and workout, but i am determined this week to see a loss!

Denise Austin--Pilates--20 min. HATED IT (her voice drives me nuts!!) but didn't like the routine as a whole. Back to Slim in Six--like it a lot--when I do it!
