I had another higher calorie day today. We went out of sushi for dinner which wasn't high in calories but then I was snacking later.

I had an ok week. Three meals out and I would have liked to see a higher weekly deficit. I'm hoping to see at least a pound down on my weigh in tomorrow

Sun: 1691 calories, 945 deficit, 34 minutes cardio, 20 minutes weight

Today i went to the store and got my one day weight smart vitamins they really seem to help me, and i got calcium, magnesium, and more fish oil, L-Carnitine, vitamin C's shoot by the time i take all those pills i wont have room for food! hahaha

I was still not down any weight on my weigh in this week. I am not really surprised since I went out to eat Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I probably just have water gain from all the salt in those foods. I feel like I have been stuck forever when really it has only been a few weeks.

Valerie....Mothers Day turned into a dinner out Friday night, a high carb homecooked dinner by dh Saturday night and a great grillout yesterday. uh er.....all delicious but really over the top!!! I had another good day OP today. I'm still adjusting to have a full time job plus tutoring. I got home so late today both of my gyms were closed so I did a Tae Bo DVD.

Well yesterday was DAY 2 OF OP!!!! I didn't work out as I had a strain kinda twitch in my lower back so I took it easy, I did do some walking though. It feels GREAT to finally get some OP days under my belt. It took alot of restraint though.....NOT to get out a bowl of icecream last night. But? a half frozen yogurt did the trick instead!!! CHOICES CHOICES CHOICES!!!!

I've been sooo busy. Im in Seattle now, visiting my family. THis is so cool. I actually get to try my computer on a wireless connection here lol. It's wonderful not to be restricted by phone line hehehehe... Today we're headed to the Locks since Lee has never seen them, then we gonna go visit grandpa, then dinner out with my sisters.... ummmmmmmm OP is not necessarily in my vocabulary this week.... but decent choices are foremost in my mind. Tomorrow is going to be BBQ Ribeye and prawns on Whidby Island... it's going to be hard to hold back but if I know Barb, there will be an awesome huge green salad too!

Angel~ HiHi... Your typing is making you sound happy and all together too! In answer to your q's, my throat is feeling wonderful. It only really took one day for the "pain" (I;m such a sissy) to go away. Now we'll just have to wait and see if the snoring stops. Lee feels like it's gotten a little better. As for the job, I haven't seen my OLD boss since she made the offer to me, and I really can't imagine it's actually going to turn into anything. As far as my current job, we're just talking at this point altho her dh has bought a new boat and has announce to me plans for 'them' to be going away often... lmao we'll just wait and see.
