i had TOTALLY forgotten abt measuring n weighing
here r my measuremnts:
weight= 163 = 163
chest=39=37
waist= 34=33
hips= 45=44
thigh=24=23
arms=13=12.5

Oh well, I'm probably just REALLY out of shape. We'll see... And I cramp like all the time when on my period so it's not JUST when I'm running. Actually, when I went to the doctor at the beginning of the summer she said she might have to put me on birth control pills just because my periods were so irregular...but they have begun to come regularly so I don't think I will have to do that anymore.
