    Well, after nearly a month away from the scale I put on about 4 pounds. I'm not surprised. I wasn't as committed to exercise and food as I KNOW I need to be! I am very disappointed that I am back where I started in July. I am going to pick myself up, dust myself off and get back on track. 2cutes challenge came at just the right time! I am back on track as of today!!!! I CAN AND WILL DO THIS! It's not a diet it's a lifestyle!

  • I am really doing a Happy Dance today

    I have been so depressed because all of a sudden not only did I stall, but I started gaining!!! I went from 292 to 298/299 in the period of a week. I then quit getting on the scales because I couldn't stand to face the gain, and was terribly afraid of having to move the weight from 250 to 300. After I read the article on the scales, I realized that I really do have to have that validation , so I faced the music and went and got back on the scales. It had moved down a tiny bit, but something just didn't feel quite right. I got to examining the scales (I have the balance type like in the doctors offices) and I discovered that somehow (the housekeeper maybe) the "0" balance had been moved. I reset it and got on and I am down to 290!!! Yea

    Now I can keep going down!

    What in the ****! I keep telling myself it's just a stupid number on a stupid scale, but I am so frustrated. I exercised 5 of the past 7 days, drank my water and truly watched what I ate. I wasn't perfect, but I didn't think I deserved the gain. Now I just know I have to work harker this week! I can do it!
