TOM was in town this week.

298/299 in the period of a week. I then quit getting on the scales because I couldn't stand to face the gain, and was terribly afraid of having to move the weight from 250 to 300. After I read the article on the scales, I realized that I really do have to have that validation
, so I faced the music and went and got back on the scales. It had moved down a tiny bit, but something just didn't feel quite right. I got to examining the scales (I have the balance type like in the doctors offices) and I discovered that somehow (the housekeeper maybe) the "0" balance had been moved. I reset it and got on and I am down to 290!!! Yea
