Ophelia That is awesome that you were able to walk while your kids had practice!! How many steps do you average per day? During the week I come in lower than I had expected, but think it will increase during the weekends! I hope that your TOM bloat doesn't set you back and I bet you will have a big drop once its over!

debest!! It is really difficult for me to get enough water on the weekends too because of that exact thing. You had a great week!! Most of my significant losses come in 1 weeks time, you still have 2 more weeks this month! You are doing a great job!!
I am going to have a piece of cheesecake (I know its not gluten free, but you guys wont tell

) and a couple glasses of wine. I am sure that I will see a gain on the scale early in the week, but I think it will come back down fast. I am going to be extra careful the days leading up and following it.
