the shrimp was a hurry up and lets eat dish!!
i cooked the leeks in 2 tsp coconut oil, added some red onion at the last few minutes....set that aside in a bowl.
i added the shrimp into the same pan....added some fresh lemon zest amd when the shrimp were done, i added 2 tbsp torani sugar free coconut syrup!! OH MY
then i poured the shrimp and coconut syrup over the leeks, WOW....it was so sweet and delicious!! just a fast made up recipe!
